ABOUT ANGOLA
A GROWING RESOURCE-RICH ECONOMY
Angola is a country on the west-central coast of Southern Africa. It is the second largest Portuguese-speaking country and is a member of the United Nations. Neighbouring countries include Namibia, Zambia and the Congo and it is situated on the Atlantic Ocean. About 93% of its 37.2 million people are Christian. While it’s agricultural industry slowly recovers from their civil war, it's resources include oil and diamonds.
